At Your Service was created officially in 2003 by Founder and President, Jennifer R. Bricker, although it had been a passion for many years.  It was not until a layoff that it began to really take flight.  Just like we share with our clients ... it is amazing what you can accomplish when you give it some time and attention.

Jennifer’s experience in Human Resources has created many opportunities for her to refine her organizational and people skills, as well as her analytical abilities.  Her educational background is in psychology and human resources.  Over the last 10+ years, she has worked in human resources, both in-house and as a consultant.  Jennifer's experience has been varied in both company size and industry, creating many opportunities to refine her people and organizational skills.
